How long does it take to receive a return/exchange credit?
Credit will be issue 1-4 days after receiving and inspecting your returned packaged.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know ahead of time before mailing anything to us. Please make sure our service team is aware of you mailing a package! Sanzera Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs on gifted items.

I placed an order and chose the LOCAL PICK UP option! How will I know when my order is ready for PICK UP?
Once you placed an order and you choose Local PICK UP, We strongly suggest that you text us by (WHATSAPP ONLY) to our customer service phone number: (703) 593 4922 and let us know when you would like to pick up your order. Furthermore, we recommend you write these details on the comment box at the checkout process. Make sure you include your email/phone number with your order in case we need to reach you.
How many days do I give Sanzera Boutique team members to prepare my Local Pick Up order?
We recommend that you give us 24 hours to prepare your order. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified to your preferred contact method. We do recommend that you always provide a phone number where we can reach you.
How will I know where to pick up my order?
Once your order has been placed; we will text you by WhatsApp the location address where you will be picking up your order.
