- All eligible items must be returned or exchanged accompanied with a copy of the invoice and hang tags. Returns or exchange shall be made within 15 days of the shipping date stated on the tracking information through www.usps.com
- Ineligible items include: Final Sale, Jewelry, Free Gifts, Hair Accessories, Bodysuits, Undergarments, E-Gift cards, and Swimwear cannot be returned or exchange.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED IN A FORM OF STORE CREDIT
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from your total before shipping and taxes if merchandise is not return in original form and or without hang tags nor invoice.
- Refunds will be credited as store credit. You will receive an email with a code to use at checkout containing the total amount after deductions.
- All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged free of odors and free of any stains, with all hang tags attached.
- All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
- If items are received after the 15 days period, the customer does not qualify for a return nor exchange. You will be contacted by a member of our team to have your items shipped back to you. (Customer is responsible for return postage.)
- Credit will be issued in the form of a code; this credit will not include shipping charges. When redeeming the code, customer must purchase the equal or greater amount that was credited.
- Credit will be issue 1-3 business days from the date we receive the package order.
- All sales are FINAL when an exchange/return credit code is used.
- CODES NEVER EXPIRED!
- If customer is exchanging a garment, SANZERA BOUTIQUE will take care of the return shipping costs. Customer is held responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Please indicate the reason of your return in the invoice.
- Please, keep in mind that if you are doing an exchange, Sanzera Boutique is not held responsible to hold a size for you! Once we receive your returned package and you are only doing an exchange (only if we still have the item available in your desired size, we will ship without asking questions. In case we received your package and we no longer have the size you desire; you will be notified, and a store credit code will be issue to the email you provide for us.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

- Once your return has been approved, you will receive a postage mail (printable) for your return.
- In the circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You will have 3 days to report any damages to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
